Is Brickell Miami a Good Area?

Located just south of Miami’s downtown area, Brickell is a great place to live, work and play. It’s easy to get to and from Brickell by public transportation, including the Metrorail and Metromover. It’s also a great place to shop, with many high-end boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. In addition, Brickell has a number of parks and recreational spaces. There are also some great biking and walking trails. You can also take a quick ride on the Metromover, which is a free, air-conditioned, elevated train that runs through Brickell.

If you want to get a good look at the Miami skyline, head to the Skyviews Miami Observation Wheel. It offers a panoramic view of the Biscayne Bay. Several Brickell office towers are also worth checking out, including the Four Seasons Hotel & Tower and the Mandarin Oriental.

A lot of people don’t know it, but Brickell has a vibrant nightlife. This is especially true in the evening, when the neighborhood is filled with bars, clubs, and sidewalk cafes. The skyscrapers that line Brickell Avenue are a sight to see, especially during the day. In addition, you can take a stroll along the Brickell Avenue Bridge, which spans the Miami River and connects to Brickell Key. You’ll have a view of the Miami River, Miami Beach, and Brickell Key from the bridge, which is great for people watching.

For shopping, you’ll find a good selection of high-end boutiques, including Kendra Scott, Zara, Coach, and Apple. There are also some great restaurants to check out, including Hutong, which serves up some of the best Peking duck in Miami. If you’re looking for a drink, you’ll want to check out Sugar at the East Miami Hotel. The 40-story hotel has a lounge and sushi bar, which offer smart cocktails and live DJ sets.

Another fun thing to do in Brickell is to visit the Philip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. It features an aquarium, planetarium, and other interactive exhibits. The museum is partially funded by the University of Miami. There’s also a CMX Brickell City Center Theater, which offers first-run movies, a restaurant, and a lounge.

There’s also the Bayfront Park. This is an important community gathering place, with expansive lawns and a magnificent fountain. The park is also home to two concert venues and a sandy beach. It’s a great place to go for a picnic. The park also contains an old-growth tropical hardwood hammock.

You can also check out the Bayside Marketplace, which is a great hub for sightseeing bus tours and boat tours. The area also has a number of parks, including Brickell Point Park.

Another interesting thing to do in Brickell is to check out the Skyviews Miami Observation Wheel. This is an excellent way to see the Miami skyline, as well as the waterway, especially during the day. You can take a short ride on the Metromover, which offers free rides on three loop lines. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can even take the Metrorail to get to other Miami neighborhoods.
